Well its boxing anything can happen but the I'd say there is a slim.chance . Canelo has a top notch chin and knows ggg well . The only once getting stopped in the runner match is ggg via tko if a stoppage happens . But I dont see the rubbermatch being nearly as competitive as the first two ( i had ggg winning the first and nelo the second altho it was tooth and nail ) I got canelo by CLEAR UD . Or late tko .

No. I hate to say this but Canelo’s chin is way better than Pac’s. Pound for pound.

The pac that beat margo though will blitz the canelo that got outboxed by floyd lol

Lets be real he could have finished Canelo in the first fight. When Canelo start gassing laying on the ropes. Perfect time to go to the body and let his hands go. Counters? GGG was eating Canelo's best punches.

I will never understand GGG's gameplan to fight the cashcow so passive.
I suspected the first fight would be a lot like “The Fight Of The Millenium”. I even made a little poster calling it part 2 of that. The Hagler v Hearns references to hype it up were comical. Kellerman saying “strengths play into each other” was comical. What did he expect twice as many punches thrown as usual from each guy leading into a double knockout? No the best can often Stymie each other. I think GGG won the first fight. I think GGG has a great chin but his lack of body attack and pressure proves to me Canelo hit him hard enough to slow his role. Canelo was half decent against the ropes rolling out of there and countering. Made GGG look bad even though it was points for GGG, but not as much as it should have been. Also Canelo pretty counters score more style points than GGGs style. All I can assume is that GGG was as in tough as he ever was and that’s why he couldn’t do more. GGG should come out southpaw to shock everyone even if just for a moment.

But this why im confused tho... Canelo hit that boi with a flush right hand and GGG walked foward like Mr. X from resident evil.

I mean of course he don't wanna get hit with counters, but my God attempt to go the body, yeah u gon get countered but you getting countered anyway!!!

2nd fight i feel like he had that lost coming, jabbing your way to a win vs Canelo is bout the same as Oscar running the last rounds vs Tito imo.

I was soooo disappointed, even though Canelo aint "walk down" GGG like people say, he certainly let Canelo outfight him. He at then end of his career i hope he puts it all on the line this time. Cuz box or fight Canelo coming to take his head off!

That’s quite the leap people are taking, assuming GGG didn’t go to the body because of return fire upstairs. Maybe he felt he was doing enough to win fighting the way he was, like most of the world thought. And then maybe he felt that surely they wouldn’t rob him again in a rematch fighting the same fight.

I imagine he will go to the body and go there hard in the rubber match. It’ll look different. Does he win? Maybe not but I expect it to be more of a fire fight. This trilogy ends with a ****.

U said it all right there. I think only GGG knows. His reputation worked against him. He doesn’t KO a guy it’s a bad night for him. After the fight Canelo can insult GGG by saying “he doesn’t hit so hard”. But he can’t/won’t claim to hit harder himself. That’s how it works though. The trying to jab to victory was a poor choice for GGG, but he must have his reasons for it? It coulda easily been a draw. But Canelo stood his ground more in the rematch and he got a draw the first time so it was a sound strategy. GGG is also older, I mean who knows how good a 36yr Canelo would look vs 28yr GGG. Maybe if Canelo fights that long he will fight someone like that which puts it into perspective. I used to be concerned with Nelos heavy feet, how he’d step back and need to reset after his combos, and I didn’t know if he was capable of a third or fourth gear throwing 70+ punches in a round. I think he’s made improvements all along. I still don’t know how hard he can push output wise, he hasent really had to. He didn’t vs Floyd though. GGG is going to need to take the early rounds, steal sum mid rounds as Nelo puts it on, take advantage when nelo takes his breather, then at least try to split the late ones. Course his best chance is just to push early, try and hurt nelo, flurry for a controversial stoppage.

Golovkin's both tactically and strategically a very much more conservative fighter than Pac ever was... I think people get thrown by GGGs high KO rate and reputation as a monster puncher, but fundamentally his style and temperment is to work the odds - rely on his consistent pressure, heavy hands and excellent jab to force the mistake and pile up points and cumulative damage rather than going for the killer punch which might leave him open to the dangerous counter... this is why the two Canelo fights were such cagey affairs. I think we're all kinda used to the idea that the guys with the big KO reputations are often also kinda reckless - maybe taking chances to land the big shot - but that ain't GGGs game, and it's also why I don't see him getting the KO against Canelo. Dude only really goes for the kill when he's virtually sure there's nothing coming back.

Sad to say but GGG is done, if the derevchenko fight is anything to go by then this could be a stoppage in Canelo's favour...At this stage of his career GGG should be looking to retire, I see this as another cherry pick for Canelo. He got what he wanted and waited out GGG until he became vulnerable
