If he gives a name I’m pretty sure he will disappear... John Fury & Peter Fury have interesting backgrounds... No name will be given & he is already in line for a good talking to... not the brightest move on his part...

Since Frank Warren publicly admitted that Mr. Carefoot is the guy who signed the affidavit on behalf of the Team Fury in Fury's vs UKAD, this makes it clear that Team Fury's defence lied to the court. Now that Mr. Carefoot admitted of perjury because he was promised 25000 pounds, it will be interesting to see what the defence comes up with. In layman's term a crime had been committed and someone will need to pay. It cannot be swept under the carpet, the boxing world is watching UKAD vs Fury's (Hughie & Tyson).Comment

Although you are partially correct. No it isn't frank warren who's only just revealed that this farmer did submit the documents .. Yano the farmer? When this story broke about it it was in the "Daily Mail" and it was in their article where they confirm that they have copies of his affadavit so he gave them to whoever journo came to see him to basically back up his version of events. So while yes warren just admitted it, it was already public knowledge. I'm a huge fury fan but when I first saw this story I had a horrible feeling in my gut!! Worrying times as a Fan because this could send Tyson back to a dark place mentally I'm just hoping that's not the case. And also iv asked myself the exact same question!! Like if this farmer is now telling the truth and this has come about due to him not getting him £25,000 then that's mindblowing and yeah would be pure karma for the greed!! I keep telling myself surely Tyson or "Team Fury" couldn't be dumb enough to do this. Worrying times. So warren just confirmed that this farmer is really the guy who signed fury’s witnesses.
Up until now i thought he was just making stories and trying to make a quick buck. But warren confirmed that there is indeed a connection. Fury must and should know him also since he is their witness.
I think the more warren talks, the more damaging it is. Why not let UKAD investigate this, who knows they might just throw this under the rag. Warren basically confirmed the allegations to the public.
Big fan of fury but farmer is definitely up to something, yes he committed perjury but it is because of the team fury’s offer.
And why the F did they not pay him 25,000 for??!! All this could’ve been avoided since fury already served his 2 year ban, but now the ban is pointless.Last edited by WbaYoungboy; 03-19-2020, 09:56 PM.Comment

Here's a paragraph of the article I've copied and pasted but will also send the link aswell.::
In 2017, Carefoot completed two signed witness statements to say he provided wild boar to the Furys which were passed to the boxers’ lawyers, Morgan Sports Law, who gave them to anti-doping investigators. The second included a line that read: ‘I supplied a range of animal meats and offal to Team Fury, including wild boar and pigs’. Carefoot now claims those statements, which are in the possession of The Mail on Sunday, were lies".
And here is the actual Link, not trying to be patronising just thought may be interesting to you::

There is something being missed here.
UKAD did NOT accept Fury's claim of wild boar meat causing the bad test result.
Fury was not cleared in the case. He took a guilty plea.
Fury had to take a two year ban. A ban begins at the point of a positive test. The ban was irrelevant because Fury was out of the ring for over two years.
Whether or not the farmer lied is irrelevant to the case outcome. Fury was facing a two year ban in that case and got a two year ban.
Other than making Fury look bad, I don't see what UKAD could really do to him.Comment

I appreciate the link and info provided.Although you are partially correct. No it isn't frank warren who's only just revealed that this farmer did submit the documents .. Yano the farmer? I admit I did not divulge myself to any articles or discussions regarding the topic other than what’s posted in the main page of this site, and some of its bits in the forum section — as i thought they were just noises on level of the glove controversy.
I also thought that the “farmer” only claimed about having signed and being the one who signed.. yet there is no proof yet that he did or that he had the document. (And now i’m wrong)
So this article comes to me as a suprise that warren indeed confirmed the guy to be the one.
Personally I still think it would have been better if Warren did not open his mouth at all regarding the topic. Don’t you think?
If all these are true, under law it is right only and just to punish both team fury and the farmer. But that would also rob us for the best heavyweight fights in years.
So I don’t know if there is any more smart approach to this other than paying UKAD and the farmer significant amounts of cash for it to go away.
Or spin the story elsewhere.
I don’t know about you but floyd did the exact same thing to nsac during trying times of his IV issue imo.
Nsac was mad and very upset at him the first time they heard the news then by sunrise the next day they completely changed their tune.Comment

Interesting point. So the farmer did not get paid for a fake evidence he made that got denied. WthThere is something being missed here.

Maybe that’s the exact reason why team fury did not pay him in the first place. Because it didn’t effin work.
Maybe the deal was if your evidence gets us thru this we will pay you. But it got us banned. So NAAADAAAA!Comment
