How can you be a 1000% sure of things you know nothing about, except what a self confessed liar says about them?

It isn't enough for Carefoot to prove that he got in touch with someone related to Fury, he also has to prove that they bribed him. And even if he could do that, it wouldn't be enough to get Fury banned. Fury isn't responsible for the actions of people related to him, unless it can also be proved that he put them up to it himself, which isn't likely to happen.
