I'd challenge that. Wlad's claim to fame and what supports his greatness is a ****ing annecdote. Krusher may not have much time under his belt on top, but, he whooped B-Hop and Wlad whooped no one....Even Alien version of Hopkins dwarfs Wlad's entire resume.

Throw in the losses and wtf did Wlad do that compares to Sergey?

I'm quite sure if Kovalev had nothing but fat, slow, undertrained, and over the hill fighters who were never even champions to beat up he too would have been on top for a decade.

Wlad has no Ward analog, period. Didn't lose to one like Ward, didn't beat one like Ward, never faced a great fighter in his career. Krusher put that work on Ward proper.

I like Chris Byrd...the rest of Wlad's career can eat a ****. Hopkins is a higher name. A better MW champ than Byrd was a HW champ.
