No he will not. Loma, TR and the WBC made this deal so they wouldn't have to strip him of the belt for not fighting the mandatory challenger, Haney, as required. If they were going to strip him they wouldn't have done the franchise/emeritus thing to begin with.

Loma is likely quietly training and preparing for the Teo fight. He wants to insure victory.

Yep, what Dunn said exactly. The point of the WBC-F seems to be to make them basically unstrippable champions. Hell, even if they lose the man who beats them doesn't get their belt.....it's the most ****ed up strap.

Weird thread. Does Loma not have an excellent fight with Lopez? Is Haney not recovering from surgery?? Is it even a sure thing that after recovery Haney will be able to make 135???

When they gave it to Canelo they said it’s purpose was to make the best fights in different divisions and ffwd to Loma they emphasized that you couldn’t get stripped. Lol I’m just saying Loma using the franchise in a cowardly fashion to his advantage

Well that fight isn’t official and You don’t get to say that yet about Loma! First actual fight that he may be in danger and all the sudden he’s proven way too much. WTF man?

Lomachenko aim is to unify the division which he will accomplish by beating Lopez.

Then move back down and for some big name fights.

All the pretenders are just waiting around till Loma retires like the cowards they are.

Looks like the only thing left is to announce the fight
I don’t see Stank jumping on this
Don’t see many calling out Loma
