Depends on Wilder’s mindset post-Fury imo. I think Dubois gets hit a lot more but if Wilder gets gunshy then Dubois will work him to the ropes and get him out of there.

Absolutely no way to say, Dubois hasn't really been chin checked, dont know what his stamina is like in a testing fight, skills, etc etc

We have to see him move through the levels. The problem is hes now stepping up against another unknown quantity, who is also an ambitious fighter, so even if he lost this fight, that doesnt mean he wont be a factor in the future.

By the time the fight would happen it would favour Dubois. There is no benefit to fighting wilder at this moment, he has no belt and as he just lost he wouldn’t get the same credit.

At the same time Dubois is still learning and has yet to fight anyone top 20-30 level.

If he is sensible then after Joyce he takes a few lower end top20 opponents like Molina or Washington, before moving into some of the gatekeepers such as a Chisora or Takam. Only then does it make sense to take on a wilder, fury or Joshua.

        That’s just my view.

Dubois hasn't been tested against any good opponent as of yet. He has the potential to beat anyone out there (including Wilder and Joshua). However, as of now, some of these top guys can beat him in experience and win the fight.

He is a very dangerous opponent for anyone.

He has to beat Joyce first.

Despite what people say (slow, one dimensional ect...).

He could have been a gold medalist, I think his fight vs Yoka was a clash of styles where both deserved the nod depending on what type of judges you had.

+ His style and size makes him more suited for pro boxing.
He just a beast, even Fury said he was impressed and had hard sparring with Joyce.
Joyce is a handfull for any HW IMO, including Dubois.

I'm leaning towards Joyce by the way.

No that’s not how it works anymore, it’s 2020. If Dubois loses to Joyce, he’s a bum!! Lol

It’s going to be tough for any heavyweight the relies on just punching power to beat Joyce. If Dubois beats him, then Dubois is legit. But if he loses, then he just shows he’s still young and needs to work on his skills albeit he’s very talented.

                    Wilder right now.

                    Dubois in a few years.
