Canelo then tested positive, so all they did in reality was postpone it until Sept and give ggg a bigger % than what they originally agreed upon for his trouble. Ggg decided to take a stay busy fight in between rather than sitting on the shelf. So that Sept fight between them was happening regardless of how ggg looked vs vanes.

I’m taking Canelo by TKO. I think that left hook to body will eventually take Saunders legs away and then he gets caught.

It's hilarious that when Smith was being mentioned as Canelos opponent these same few haters were saying that it was a sht fight & a cherrypick & now hes somehow again duckin smith to fight bjs(despite a few months before that the same ppl were saying hed duck Billybob & Smith both,smith/BJS respectively were touted as:"Too big","too powerful","Too much reach","too much stamina for Canelo" Canelo Kryptonite be slick gypsy brotha movers & spoilers, can't deal with the jab Duuurrr" )

Anyways I was watching callum smith vs groves again & I realized that I think Canelo not only beats him but I think he kos him the same exact way he did liam. I was on record on numerous occasions saying that I thought it was imbecilic for canelos team to even be contemplating something so ****** as facing smith but after reviewing tape on both I realized that smith is tailor made for canelo because hes too timid & doesn't look like hed be sharp enough or strong enough in the body to handle canelo. His offense is rubbish imho considering how big he is. I just think canelo is all wrong for him & would counter potshot him ****** to a UD or even ko to the gut. I normally never make outrageous predictions but I've now changed my mind & I think canelo should face him asap especially if he doesn't face andrade. What y'all think?
Forgot to mention also that Canelo used to spar with zurdo/Kovalev since very early age also.

I got into soo many arguments over the years about Canelo/Saunders it’s not even funny. All said Saunders SCHOOLS Canelo. But what’s worse once a fight gets close they poof change their fkn tune.

Have people actually read the interview? He and Billy got the same first offer which they BOTH rejected. Canelo went back to Billy but not Smith.
When you bear in mind what Billy's actually getting, I'm not sure he's done too much wrong here.

Actually Hearn has stated numerous times that whichever took the lowest price would get it(just the other day he said Smith wanted 10 mil or nothing). Both Smith/Hearn both are on record saying that they wanted what Jacobs got & they got different offers & were negotiating differently because they have seperate teams of negotiators(the report you reference is being based on YouTube videos as most Boxing news is these days)
