It’s not a horrible match up. Saunders looked off in his last fight, and now with 8 weeks notice will it be enough time to prepare? Honestly I don’t think BJS on his best day can compete with Canelo. He will run all night and try to pot shot where he can, but Canelo will close the distance, cut him off and either cruises to a UD, or stops Saunders in late rounds.

He will 100% compete, too much ability and character. No one really knows what BJS is capable of, time to see what hes got. Also - hes been in the gym since Jan with a fully dedicated Ben Davidson, barring any injuries he'll be at his absolute best I think

umm let's see, he's lesser regarded by the ring and ESPN. Who are you again? Benavidez is bigger than Canelo, younger than Canelo, stronger than Canelo, more active than Canelo. He'd give him hell. Saunders is a slappy fisted mover who hasn't shown any real desire in at least 2 yrs.

Cut it out, look how much Canelo struggled with a 36 yr old ggg who is slow on his feet. It's volume that bothers Canelo because he likes to fight at a slow measured pace. Benavidez would overwhelm him with size and volume. Canelo has no chance of knocking him out. He couldn't even knock out Cotto or jacobs but he's going to knock out benavidez? This isn't a Kovalev shell that Canelo fought on his last fight. As for Saunders, when was the last time you were impressed with a Saunders performance? 2017??

Davison + Blow Job Saunders = defensive , no power punching and lots of bicycle ( bare in mind they’ve been training since January )
