That's not what history will say if Fury steps away after only 1 or 2 title defenses. The record books will be clear...a 10 yr reign knocking out nearly every opponent vs 2 title defenses. Not even comparable.

Anyway, isn't Wilder a bum? That's what I read in here every day. And AJ is no hall of Famer.

He ended that reign, ended Wilder's and will smash AJ up. After that if no star emerges he should walk away and enjoy his life and family.

He ended a 41 yr old champs reign. Correct.

If Fury ends up making close to $100 million I'd advise him to walk away as well. Stay healthy for your family. No need to risk to risk injury with that much money in the bank.
