1. The post you quoted was me saying that every fighter has a limit. Yes, Garcia's last two fights have been two divisions north of 135, but nobody expects him to keep going up right? 2. I actually proposed a catchweight of 137-138 in a previous post so no, I don't think the fight necessarily has to happen at 135. Both sides could budge a little on weight.
