So Mikey would rather fight Welters than fight Lomachenko?

      1. The post you quoted was me saying that every fighter has a limit. Yes, Garcia's last two fights have been two divisions north of 135, but nobody expects him to keep going up right? Would you expect Mikey Garcia to jump two more divisions up to 160? Of course not because that would be ridiculous, because every fighter has a limit.

      2. I actually proposed a catchweight of 137-138 in a previous post so no, I don't think the fight necessarily has to happen at 135. Both sides could budge a little on weight.

      3. The thread wasn't about who would win so no, I'm not so sure that Lomachenko beats Garcia. If the fight were to happen at 140 then I would favor Garcia. If it's at the catchweight I proposed then it's closer to 50-50 in my opinion

Loma "IDK MAYBE MIKEY BEATS ME UP LIKE I BEAT UP RIGO"

literally all they said in that time span when Mikey was at the same weight class, It wasnt till mikey was at 147 talking about he staying at 147 did arum and loma start to mention Mikey name. SO STOP IT!
Lmao! How long were they in the same weight class?????????

And you said Mikey didnt leave 135 till 2019 but didnt specify a time or date huh? I wonder why you did that????

Decemeber 2017 after Loma just no mased Rigo he was asked what his next move was, he said 135 and potential opponents? Mikey Garcia.

When did Loma say that quote you are referring to? Was it when he was injured? Post time and date please or STFU

Lmfao. I can cherry pick quotes too! Funny how you only use the ones that fit your agenda!

Tell me the two years Mikey was at 135 the same time Loma was.

Lomachenko didnt get to 135 till May 12 2018. Mikey signed to fight Spence Novemeber 13 2018. Mikey has not fought at 135 since July 28 2018.

We waited 2 years in the same division? Lmfaooooooooooooo

        You cant do math!!!

Mikey was at 135 when the fight could have happened but chose himself to not fight Lomachenko.

Instead you all want to pretend that Lomachenko was the one who ducked Mikey when that's not true in the slightest.

You call me a fan boy but you have cute nicknames huh? You dont see me making fun on Mikey Garicas name do you? Trash ass fanboy. It's not even funny.

I personally dont care if Lomachenko ever fights Mikey because Mikey chose not to fight him. My problem is despite that people like you and war Mikey have trash ass opinions and cant keep his name out of your mouth saying **** that isnt even true.

Like "mikey waited 2 years in the same division for Loma"

Get the **** out of here. They were in the division not 6 months before Mikey left 135 and hasnt fought there since.

You think that just because someone makes more money they are a bigger draw? Or that they are even good fighters?

Please. That PPV flopped badly and Mikey got carried by Spence AND beat for 12 rounds EASY.

To some people like Lomachenko money isnt the end all. Hes not american and doesnt share the same trash ass values a lot of you posters have.

Mikey making 135 at this point would probably range from being very difficult to damaging for him at this point. That fight is now dead. He is in his 30s and has not fought at that weight for a couple years.

Posts like these are a perfect example of people spinning their own narratives to justify hating on one guy and hyping up another. There was no offer on the table from TR: Arum has come up with various reasons for not making that fight in the past including ridiculously claiming Mikey brought no value, and is on record flat out saying he wouldn't negotiate with Mikey. In a recent interview with Fight Hub, he was also dismissive of matching him with Josh Taylor at 140.

Arum was hoping to make an example out of Mikey by freezing him out, but he's managed to make $15M in his past 2 fights and there's a real chance he lands his dream fight with Pacquiao-- the same legend that team Lomachenko wanted no part of.

Couldn't be put any better. The real boxing fans know this, only lil fanboys make threads like this to hype a fighter by name association of fights that wont happen rather than hyping their fighter with their actual fights lmfao.

So, is it the Lomafako nuthugger community's argument that Garcia ducked Lomafako to fight Spence? Is that the snake oil you're selling?

That's typically how it works, Einstein. The bigger the draw the more money they can command. Why do you think Mayweather gets > $100 million per fight? Hint: it has nothing to do with his reading skills. Lol..

The "A" side is the guy who is the bigger draw and makes more money.

So, my question to you is; who has sold more PPVs and who has cashed the bigger paycheck?

Answer that question and you will know who is the "A" side.

BTW - Fantasy Island is the only place where Lomafako is rated P4P ahead of Garcia. Don't believe me? Go ask Orlando Salido..
Let's take a look how Lomachenko and Mikey compare head to head pre-flop PPV where Spence carried him.

                    Peak views - their purse

                    Mikey

                    617,000 zlaticanin - 375k
                    937,000 broner - 1m
689,000 Lipinets - "more lucrative than Linares"
                    725,000 easter - 1 m

                    Loma

                    728,000 Marriaga - 750k
                    1,730,000 Rigo - 1.2 m
                    1,749,000 Linares - 1.2m
                    2,100,000 Pedraza - 2m

Every single fight Loma was the A side and carried the card. Was Mikey the A side against Broner? Nope. But thanks Broner for giving Mikey money. If Mikey doesnt have a big name opponent he makes ****.

Dude still looking to make more money than hes worth. Hes no different than Amir Khan. Kahn still looking for a Mayweather check just like how Mikey is still looking for that Pacman check.

Who the hell is trying to fight a 42 YEAR OLD Pac? Jesus. There are better fights for him but no, just like with Spence he needs that cash out check.

So embarassing. Just come up with more cute nicknames, they definitely win the battle for you

So why didnt Mikey fight Lomachenko? Is it because he waited too long?

Since War Mikey has gone silent tell me again why Mikey chose not to fight Lomachenko and instead chose Spence? And that's knowing that he will never return to 135 again?

You tell me because I wanna know what your answer is.

I think he 100% ducked A-side Lomachenko and I just proved that **** to you. The only reason why he is making what he makes? Spence. That's Spence who carried him on a flop PPV card where he got dominated for 12 rounds.

Your argument that Lomachenko ahould move up is so embarrassing. It's even more embarrassing that people like you think he stood a chance against Spence. We all told you exactly how it would go and guess what? We were right.

Now just sit down and take the ****ing L. I'm tired of your ****ty ass nicknames. You dont even have a ****ing braina dopping your ****** ass nicknames.

Mikey said he was doing it for Legacy but we all know he did it for the money. If he cared about legacy he would have unified for the undisputed crown at 135.

"Prize fighting" is only for money. Says who? People fight for more than just money but again, they're not **** stain people like you.
