    Conclusions from the weekend:

    1) Kownacki is, once and for all, yet another B-level fighter.
    2) Quigg is shot.
    3) Never waste a x3 on a fat ass.

Once again we learn how little triangle theories mean in boxing

        Kownacki knocked Washington out
        Washington knocked Helenius out
        Helenius knocked Kownacki out

And overall we learned nothing about the fighters themselves.

Yes, we did: they're all B-level fighters, most probably destined to being forgotten in a few years after their retirement.

We already knew that. Or at least we should've.

One of those fights where I was happy about the result despite being wrong about the prediction.

Helenius always came off as a good guy and I was thrilled to see him fight back so valiantly. It was his last shot and he fought with passion. I love that.

Helenius is a gentle giant who is vulnerable but as we saw past weekend, he turned into a fkin viking warrior when his back was against the wall.

                  It's heavyweight boxing, folks.

Boxing is the craziest sport to try and predict because one punch can change everything. Down 12 runs with 1 strike left, down 30 pts with 2 minutes left, down 4 goals with 45 seconds left...the game is over.

                  But, not boxing.

In boxing, all you need is one shot.

And in the heavyweight division, more than any weightclass, the unpredictable is most likely to happen.

Any man over 200 lbs catches any other man the right way, someone's going down. It's physics.

Kownacki won every round of that fight and was winning the 4th round too.

He got caught and he lost.

                  No more no less.

Props to Helenius, it wasn't a "lucky" punch, he definitely timed that shot.

Props to Kownacki, better wishes for the next one kid.

Really torn on the quigg pick, I think he's likely to be outworked but might take a debatable decision!
Good instincts, man, I wasn't expecting a complete wipeout but didn't see Jono in with much of a shot at all.
