Great question - hard to call. I think that while Inoue learned from his fight with Donaire and will get better (mainly an age thing), those last couple of rounds likely took something out of Donaire - he took a lot of punishment.
Rigo still hasn't taken any punishment like that. Will be interesting to see how Donaire is next time out - vs Rigo is a fight I'd like to see though (I guess gut is that Rigo takes it again).Comment

I know people hate on Rigo but he is so nice to watch. Like an android that was built for boxing.Comment

He is hitable this days, can he withstand Donaire's straight and left hook? I think he is not as durable as InoueGreat question - hard to call. Thing is the styles - Inoue comes forward so Donaire didn't have to go looking for him, and it ended up a cracking fight where Donaire was eventually out-gunned, but was able to give as good as he got for a lot of the fight.
Rigo will more likelydo his normal thing of sitting back and making Donaire come looking for him and reach more - why I think Rigo sharpshoots his way through a rematch to a points win. If Rigo went guns blazing like Inoue, then Donaire wins.Comment

I was at his last fight against Solis. First 2 rounds he came out and tried to do the crowd-pleasing stand and slug style. After he took some good shots in the opening rounds, he switched to his usual high-level defensive technique. The crown didn't care for it and booed loudly. I rather enjoyed his display of defensive mastery.Comment
