Mikey Garcia is the smartest, Never ties himself down to one outfit and that inreturn has allowed him to always go after the biggest paydays and biggest fights for himself. I'm a big Bruno fan - very underrated and his record should speak for itself. Particularly when you look at who defeated him, at what level, and how.
