i agree, proving emotion wins out. i fail to believe Arum, Wilder's corner, handlers are taking the 3rd fight, almost doesn't compute with me. Let Fury Vs AJ unify the belts, then Wilder would get the guarantee a title shot for the undisputed champ. i just don't get it, my wife actually said there must be something else, per Wilders ranch...head scratcher. people have said it's not only about money, i agree, it's for titles then right? then why not let Fury v AJ unify the belts, then go for the undisputed...i'd love to say lol, but

Let's put things into perspective. Fury fought Tom Scwartz and Otto Walin after Fury Wilder 1. He is getting Wilder as his next fight after Fury Wilder 2 and suddenly everybody is outraged. As Breadman says, Wilder was the odds favourite in the first two fights for a reason. Let's see what he can come up with.

Also, everyone is saying that Wilder can't get that much better in 4 months. That may be so, but can Tyson Fury stay as good? Why does everyone suddenly think Tyson will keep improving? Tyson has been mentally unstable and used drugs in the past, who's to say he will be a model sportsman now that he's on top of the world?

All in all, this is not the worst fight we could get.

Tyson doesn’t need to keep improving, he’s already leaps and bounds and a country mile ahead of Wilder in every aspect except concussive knockout power. He embarrassingly outboxed Wilder when he wasn’t at his fittest the first time around, then embarrassingly bullied him as well as outboxing him without even trying in the rematch.

The only chance Wilder has is the same chance he has against anybody with slightly better than average boxing ability, a right hand. And we already know what happens when Fury is focused on the task of nullifying his right hand.

It may not be the worst fight, because watching Wilder get bullied into retirement would be entertaining, but there are much better fights.

Because it ruins his deluded fantasy where he would be the last man standing, 0 on his record, holding all the belts lol

In 10 years he’ll be one of those guys “I coulda, woulda, shoulda” talking about if everybody didn’t avoid him, Fury wasn’t a big fat cheat, then he would be greater than Ali. ZzZzZzZzZzZz

Where did this "cashing out" term come from? Isn't the whole point of this all the best fighting the best? So is his career over if he loses to Fury again? Didn't Ali & Foreman have 5 losses? At what point were they "cashed out"?

Pretty sure when you fight other big name high profile fighters, it raises your profile and your bank account even more and it's not a one-off deal, despite what you geniuses may think.

Not surprised Wilder was so quick to jump right back in there. Dumb excuses aside, he knows Fury is beatable, and without the Headlock Deadweight Strategy - Fury basically throws the ole’ one two on a regular (jab straight right) with hooks that aren’t particularly accurate (just thrown in a flailing way to connect with whatever is in its path).

Wilder can negate that by closing the distance just enough to land himself. He can “legally foul” ANYWAY he chooses to keep the behemoth off! - that’s only if the ref again acts clueless and is slow to stop the **** Smother strategies...

If Fury fought someone good who happened to be taller than him(?) - he’d be a fish out of 💦 too. His looong lanky frame adds to the advantage, so Wilder is the best thing available to give him that even challenge. Wilder CAN beat him if he leaves the dumb suit, excuses and real reason he was lethargic before the fight - at home...

Agreed. Techncally it is a draw with a Fury win. Do I believe that Fury did enough to win the first fight? Yes but my opinion means nothing. I am actually looking forward to a third fight. What I do want is a better undercard. Navarette is great but Fundora and two marginal heavyweights? No thanks. The fans who listen to Hearn and A.J are naive. They claim they wanted a unification when they knew full well that Pulev was a mandatory and Wilder was going to exercise his rematch option. Slick Eddie has been doing this for awhile now. Asking for a fight knowing that it is not possible.

He'll get annihilated within 5 rds this time. After this loss, his career will be finished.

Wilder's only had two moments in 19 rounds of fighting Fury. Both, were in the first fight where Fury had had a long hiatus out of the game. At this point does anybody give Wilder more than a punchers chance?

Be interesting to see what numbers the third fight does because there will be less interest from the UK. It's obvious that Fury's the better fighter and a clear favourite in the third bout.
