What a disappointment mikey garcia turned out to be....

Talk about how the mighty have fallen... Wasn't long ago he was talked about a top 5 p4p fighter. Now he's one fight removed from losing every round to spence (who porter showed isn't as invincible as everyone thought) and now we are debating whether he did enough to earn the decision against a shot Jessie vargas I know it might not be his 'ideal' weight but jesus christ.... Not exactly been a pacquiao like impact to the division has it

At 135 in think he would be a p4p guy. I have no idea what planet he is living on.

He certainly fought better than he did against Spence. He fought his best and clearly beat a top 10 welterweight so how is that so terrible? He clearly is not a full welterweight and should fight at 135 or 140 but that is up to him.

I Like Mikey, he's very good, with moments on excellence, but at times doesn't do enough and his punch selection is a bit limited. I think there's at least five at 147 who beat him. I think at 140 he or Taylor would be the best. I'd like to see him move there. But P4P wise, he's top 20 at best.

He's a lightweight (super lightweight at best) fighting great welterweights. How many guys at 135 right now do you think could hang with Spence and Vargas?

He is only disappointing at 147. He's only up there in the hope of getting a huge payday vs Pacman, and for that I don't blame him but otherwise he should be at 135-140. He looks downright chubby at 147.

Some lightweights have moved up to welter and done well for themselves but that doesn't mean everyone can do it. I don't think Garcia can ever properly acclimate to welter, he's just too small for the division. More power to him tho for trying to challenge himself but he did kind of damage his stock in the process. Let this be a case study for those who argue it's better to move up to challenge yourself even if it causes your stock to drop and you lose millions over the course of your career, a position i always thought was absurd unless you made a huge amount of money already.

How well do you think Lomachenko would do against Errol Spence at 147?

He's a former titlist and likely a top 10 fighter in the division.
