    Just curious

All this talk about Wilder having a "punchers chance" in a 3rd fight, what does it mean exactly? Fury-Wilder 2 wasn't some close split decision loss, it was Fury mauling Wilder and beating the **** out of him, it wasn't close. Punchers chance sounds like a good boxing movie or a good Rocky movie plot but let's be serious, anything Wilder thought he did good, Fury negated it and moved forward with ease.

What do people really expect Wilder to do different in a 3rd fight that he wasn't doing in 2? Will he outbox Fury? No, KO him? If Fury takes the fight to Wilder again, absolutely not. Just not sure how people expect Wilder to beat Fury when Fury beat him twice already with 2 different styles.

Don't mention costumes or any other bull**** excuses. It means nothing at all, either you win or lose a fight, nothing else matters.

    See:
Oliver McCall vs Lennox Lewis I
Hasim Rahman vs Lennox Lewis I

It only takes one at heavyweight. Fury should be the favorite but Wilder is always a live opponent because of that right hand.

Did you watch the first fight? A punchers chance? Your power can negate all the other variables.

Yeah i did, Wilder lost a UD then got destroyed in the rematch. He hit Fury and Fury got up in round 12 and proceeded to beat his ass so what did i miss?

It seems you may not know what a punchers' chance means. It's not really a good thing, but more of an acknowledgement that Wilder has the power to stop Fury with his money shot.

But he had the chance and failed in 2 fights. Are they supposed to fight until Wilder does connect with a right hand? I'm not understanding how a "punchers chance" is a reason for a 3rd fight. I know what the term means, but in this case, his punchers chance has been failing him.

The reason for a third fight is the rematch clause that both agreed to after the first fight. The loser of the second fight (Wilder) has the right to trigger the clause for a third fight. Can Wilder realistically beat Fury? He has a puncher's chance!

Give wilder a break. The first 2 fights not only was he fighting fury, #1 HW, he was battling crooked refs as well

In Fight 2, There was already a ton of pressure on Wilder fighting in black history month.

I think Fury OWES it to Wilder to have best out 5
