            Helenius was badly knocked out by Johann Duhaupas. That establishes his level, more or less.

              To echo the other posters on this thread, it is a pointless fight other than staying busy. And while you have to be wary of comparing common opponents, you have to ask why Kownacki is fighting a guy (Helenius) who lost to a guy (Washington) he beat? I guess it's just a stay-busy fight.

              Helenius was a decent fighter a decade ago. Since then he's suffered inactivity, injuries and some hard knockout losses. I think at some point the desire was lost too.

                    He probably can, but the Nightmare's chin is gone. Once Kownacki lands clean, this fight is over. Still pissed this isn't Breazeale vs Kownacki, that would have been a great ****ing fight
