OK, you guys are ******. AJ will KO and retire Pulev. Then he will dispatch of Usyk and hopefully Fury will have the balls to fight him for unification. Wilder sure didn't...
We've seen this play out before though...

Look what happened to Kovalev following his KO losses to Ward and Alvarez. He fought with no balls in his following fights.

I agree with the above to a degree but remember AJ boxed Parker to instruction. He's a lot better than just a ****er.

Joshua won’t fight Pulev the same way he fought Ruiz. Never base a fighter off his last performance. That being said thought it doesn’t seem like there was much of an effort to put together a Joshua/fury fight. I know Pulev is a mandatory but if all parties wanted Joshua/ Ruiz they could have asked for an extension and negotiate with wilder to step aside .

I think the ref had the bigger instruction in that fight to not let Parker within touching distance of AJ.

The one time Parker got close and too quick for the ref to stop him, AJ turned his back and ran across the ring lol. AJ also called his own time out i think.

Yeah fair play, the ref did seem to enjoy playing centre stage and I can see how that may have come across as benefitting AJ over Parker.

But my point was AJ fought a completely different fight. He demonstrated he can box to instruction.

Besides Parker didn't exactly cover himself with glory. He was way too placid and should have thrown a lot more leather.

Before that fight AJ was a lot more aggressive. Look at his fight against Whyte as an example who is similar level to Parker and just as dangerous.

The title is misleading as always on here ,Hearn says the deal needs to be finalized but the title says it’s done deal .

Here we go again with these articles. Ha

But we all know the chances of things going that smoothly arent great.
It will still make more numbers than wilder/ fury 2.
                  So what's the fuse?

One thing I have learned over time

                    - If Eddie Hearn is desperately talking about a fight, he knows it ain't happening next but can create hype for free.

He 100% called his own timeout! He used his teeth to loosen the tape on his gloves, then he made a "time out" signal to the ref and walked to his corner like he was in third grade about to get tagged it. And the ref was just like "yeah, cool. Time out I guess?"

I'd never ****ing seen anything like it.

                      EDIT - Found gifs lol

"Hey Ref!! I missed my uppercut and now Parker is trying to get inside!!! HELP!!!"

"Wait, I still need a breather. Can I get a time out???"
