He was fighting people who were mediocre, he got away with only using his right hand. He got gifted a draw against Fury in the first fight we all know that.

Like i said he has that strong right but that is not enough to beat a good HW fighter, he lost rounds to ortiz...you could tell he has no boxing skills..he landed the right and finished ortiz. But against Fury you need to know how to move, use the jab etc.. he has none of that.

Instead of showing respect and admitting defeat he's blaming it on his fkn costume, what a champion huh?!!
People can think less of him for his comments, that is fine...my point is that if someone praises Fury as great, but says Wilder is a bum, they look very foolish, as Wilder is Fury's 2nd best win by far...and Fury got dropped twice by Wilder in their first fight as well.

I also had no issue with the draw in the first fight, and I was rooting for Fury...but I also don't give rounds to one guy by default just because he is the defensive fighter...first 6 rounds in that first fight were close rounds.

I think Wilder has a decent jab, when he throws it...he was mixing it up with Fury in the 2nd fight, going to the body with it some and throwing some double jabs I believe.

And it's boxing...if you have a good one shot power in your main hand, you can end up being a really good fighter...especially if you have a decent chin, good heart, toughness and stamina generally.

If he was that bad, everyone would do to him what Fury did in out...walk him down, walk through/avoid the right hand, and put him out.

I think what Fury did was exceptional because I don't think most other guys can do that...they can't walk through/avoid the right hand well enough to get inside and really outbox Wilder.

We will see going forward if anyone else can implement that same gameplan.

And I mentioned his opponents in order to show you they're not the same quality as Whyte, his mandatory of almost one thousand days.
There's no argument here bud, you might as well argue that water is not wet. Wilder has been hyped, protected and allowed to duck a unification and allowed to.duck Whyte. Dillian Whyte would rag doll that fraud all over the place while it lasted - you know it, I know it, and Shelly Finkel and Deontay Broner know it.
Can we just return to some sanity on this board please? We've even got people (more than 1 or 2) starting to believe this costume stuff.
      Really America???
Lol at saying Whyte is clearly better and a tougher fight than Fury or Ortiz man..hilarious.

        No I'm not.

I like Fury and on his best day, I could see him doing something special against virtually any HW all-time...his physical attributes combined with his great mind/toughness/heart in there are a great combo which would be tough to deal with, especially for past HWs who were essentially a weight class below Fury....not saying he would win all or any of those really, but he would be a different type of test for anyone.

But yeah, accolades wise, his resume is very top heavy with Wilder and Wlad and then some decent wins.

And yeah I'm not a Wilder fan at all...I have honestly never really rooted for Wilder in any fight lol...just like to point out absurd comments/arguments on here.

And to be honest, I've only seen a few more absurd things than swearing that Whyte is the number 2 HW right now!!!! lolololololol

"Wilder is Furys second best win"

It's hardly a huge compliment to Wilder as Fury only has Wlad on his record.
Anyway, Chisora is better than Deontay 'Heavy Costume' Wilder.

Wilder is 100% pure American commercial hype. Fury is the 4th best HW in UK.

Man you are wacky...for a dude talking about media narratives a few posts back...you certainly sound like a dude who verbatim regurgitates bad fan-fiction from the left.

Also...a majority of people in the US are 'pro-gun' and at least somewhat skeptical of climate science...and for good reason...guns are a necessary 'evil' as far as self-defense goes, and climate alarmists like to skew the science behind 'climate change'...the facts show that there is a very minimal impact that humans have on temperature/the environment...and a lot of people aren't falling for the alarmism and money-redistribution scheme.

Also lol on calling Trump lazy...say what you want about the dude but he works his as.s off...hardly even sleeps...look at how badly he outworked Clinton in 2016...it in part helped him to win the election, his work ethic.

But anyway yeah man you sound like a nut...stick to UK politics and supporting UK fighters...your analysis of fighters and politics appears heavily influenced by some sort of UK propaganda over there, and as a result your analysis is irrelevant, and you are reduced merely to a fan, both politically and with sports.

Have fun rooting on your guys buddy!

I mean do you guys not realize how ****** you all look.

So Wilder is this huge bum...and Fury a king for beating him...yet officially Fury has one win and one draw over Wilder - getting dropped twice btw...and Wilder - by anyone's count - is the 2nd best name on Fury's resume lol.

The number of posters on here who analyze this sport with the intellect of a child is extremely high.

The posts - on all sides - after Fury's win have been very disappointing...people going overboard in all directions, making it racial etc...I feel like the majority of people who post on here are just very insecure men/boys who feel a deep desire to live vicariously through other men who are much more impressive than them, but who happen to look somewhat like them.
People don’t realize it’s actually a double edge sword. It happens a lot here not only to fury and wilder. They also call ggg a bum and praised canelo for his win.. so canelo had two close fights against a bum? Wtf

I’m a fan of fury and was rooting for him in that fight... but I still believe it was hard to beat wilder before that fight.. it takes a great game plan, great self belief, cojones, skill and probably size to pull off what fury did.
Yes it’s easy to say wilder lacks skills, and it’s obvious.. but can they overcome their fear for the right hand and fight like fury did? Will they rush in or be hesitant? In the build up for the the fight you’ll be worrying about all that. It just happened fury is the man who doesn’t.
Now that there’s a blueprint, we don’t know what happens next, either they’ll easily beat him now or not.. but the truth is it was hard to beat him before that fight and that night itself.
He could possibly be damaged too, we’ll never know..
But It wasn’t easy doing it to him.
