    Jameel McCline or Deontay Wilder?

I think McCline is better and will be remembered for beating better boxers than Wilder.

McCline was another solid HW. He was in a lot of good fights both winning & losing. I'm not sure he beats Wilder though. Just like I wasn't sure Grant could beat Wilder. Wilder has that eraser right hand & that can't be disregarded. Neither Grant or McCline could punch like him...

Damn, I have to admit you are forever trolling today. I once had a modicum of respect for you as a poster but not anymore. You keep spamming the forum with these kind of bullshit threads! You know damn well that Jameel McCline or Michael Grant weren't better than Deontay Wilder; A Heavyweight champion with over ten WBC title defenses. Who exactly did Jameel McCline ever defeat and how many times did he win a major world heavyweight title?

My sentiments exactly. Match mccline up there with a common opponent, fury, mythologically and see how well he does.

Deontay Wilder won the WBC title when Wladimir Klitschko was the real heavyweight champion by beating Bermane Stiverne. His title was completely irrelevant.

Wilder was never heavyweight champion. Wladimir Klitschko was heavyweight champion, then Tyson Fury was heavyweight champion, then Fury retired and no one was heavyweight champion and now Fury is heavyweight champion again.

So don’t pull the Wilder was champion and Grant and McCline never were card. If the WBC wanted to be ****** in that era too, they could have given Grant or McCline a dumb title.

McCline beat Michael Grant, Lance Whitaker and Shannon Briggs, who are all better than anyone Wilder beat.

Grant beat David Izon, Obed Sullivan, Lou Savereese, Andrew Golata and Frans Botha, who were all better than anyone Wilder beat.
