Don’t think there is any physical excuses.

Got to give credit to Fury, he negated Wilders only weapon and then wore him down physically. Throw the left/right and get in close so Wilder could not use his big right. I don't know what fans expected but Wilder is a one trick pony and eventually someone big enough was going to work him out.

So the first fight was a fluke and now Wilder was injured but if they fight a third time Wilder will win?
Man, fanboys never cease to amaze!
Fury beat Wilder the first time and destroyed him tonight.

If you're Wilder, you're thinking, "fυck..." while this huge dude is walking you down and throwing bombs while your only punch has done nothing to him.
Then Wilder switched to body shots which I gave him round 2 for, but he wasn't busy enough.
Those right hands landed at the end of their extension losing most of their steam. Wilder never tagged Fury with a solid right hand that would’ve made Fury respect him and back off.

As a Wilder fan I have been saying his lack of development and reliance on 1 big shot would catch up to him. It did. Think about it, Fury, Ortiz, then Fury again. In his last 3 fights he won a total of 4 or 5 rounds. No need for a rematch and I just don't know who Wilder can beat now that actually matters. He doesn't beat Fury or Joshua.
In addition, he came in too heavy and looked slow from the start. Something happened in him towards the end of the 2nd that buzzed him before the 1st knockdown. He has some very subtle signs when he is buzzed.
