Man, fanboys never cease to amaze!

Fury beat Wilder the first time and destroyed him tonight.
Fury definitely redeemed himself. However he didn't win the 1st fight
He let himself get knocked down twice. 2 judges scored it for him. Just the judge that scored it 7-5 for him combined with the knockdowns made it a draw. Without the 12th round kd he wins. Those are the facts. Irrelevant now since he proved he's the better fighter. I am also amongst those that think the rematch won't take place. Like Andre Ward said, if he got caught with a big punch or a one punch ko a rematch would seem winnable. He just got beat in every aspect and he had nothing. Tough to even sell a rematch when you get beat so badly.

I think he realised he wasn’t in with the half fit Fury from the first fight. I think he never anticipated what was coming and didn’t believe Fury, which is a really bad way to approach a fight. Wilder was mentally done by round 1 when he realised it was different this time.

Fair play to Wilder though, there was no quit in him. He would’ve kept trying, even though he was done.

It’s about time people realise Fury is that good. He dethroned Wlad, then just give Wilder a shellacking in Vegas. You don’t have to like him, he can also be inconsistent and not great to watch but when it’s time to really turn up, he’s a hell of a fighter.
I think you make a good point...I think Wilder maybe felt those first few shots from Fury in the first round and said to himself 'shi.t, this guy is strong tonight'

Look you either beat Fury in the 3rd fight or retire either way he still brings in another big purse that will set him up for the rest of his life....

With HW's you never know what can happen. Wilder got caught 1st tonight but like he said some of the greatest HW's who people claim to be the GOAT's have gotten their azz whooped badly...
I don’t think wilder will recover mentally, he legit thought fury was feather fisted and there would be no way he could stand up to his power. This loss could shatter his ego.

Physically i don’t think he can compete either. He can still ko other heavyweights but fury is too much for him when he is in this form.

A rematch loss would end his career, he should avoid it and go fight whyte, aj or ruiz

Fury put on a clinic in the last 6 but got dropped twice...I had it 7-5 and think that was the right score.

It is honestly hard for me to see how people can swear up and down that Fury won the first 6, or 5/6 rounds in the first fight...they were close rounds...I don't give extra points for posturing and acting like a jive turkey though.
I cant argue with you really, people see things differently. I saw Fury winning the first fight running away. The only two rounds I thought he lost were the rounds he was knocked down. You could make an argument for a 9-8 round in the twelfth round. he dominated it after being killed and resurrected, lol.

After the eardrum burst (has to be from all the blood) Wilder couldn’t stand straight. No doubt it affected his balance. I’m wondering if 231 was too big & hurt his stamina. Also in the 4th or 5th round I noticed Wilder grab his right forearm or bicep 3 different times. I’m wondering if it was more than just the eardrum that caused him problems. He may have suffered multiply injuries in this fight. They both made 28 million plus 50/50 split on all other revenue. The rematch clause will give Fury a 60/40 split if they go again. Wilder has 30 days to trigger the rematch. I’m not sure the demand will be there as it was pretty decisive for Fury nor am I sure if Wilder will be ready any time soon.
... eardrums just don't burst out of the blue, doe... the feather-fisted Fury rupture it with a punch... "He might have suffered multiply injuries in this fight"?... From what exactly?... because Fury fought quite clean...

                    • Feels good when you know never to put your money and trust in one fighter. Instead of betting on who I thought would win the fight, I took the under. This way in the unlikely event Fury stopped Wilder, I win anyway. Beautiful!
