It turned into an arms race to make sure Fury didn’t gain too much of a strength advantage. Wilders conditioning won’t be what it was. Doesn’t matter because they both armed themselves for an early KO.

When has Wilder ever run out of gas?

I don't know how it will affect him tomorrow, but he looked physically great.

Definitely needed to come in heavier than 212 pounds. Thought it would be around what he weighed against Breazeale.

Both fighters believe they can bully each other, that is why they have both increased in weight etc

Who has gained the most functional weight? That will be displayed on fight night.

Tyson Fury is not 'Dancing and stinging' in this fight, he will fight Wilder similar to how he fought Steve USS Cunningham.

He looked great imo only slight concern is if it will effect stamina IF it goes late.

He'd better not take that approach. Cunningham dropped him. Wilder will KILL HIM if he does.

He's fought at 229 twice before. 231 isn't much more. About 11 pounds more than against Ortiz.

He looked fit on the scale, shouldn't be an issue for him.

He doubts his power and knows Fury can take his punches and get back up and dominate him.

The extra weight is because he feels he needs it to knock Fury out.

But will it slow him down: Yes

And will it drain his energy: Yes

He will have extra power though, but he has to land it, and Fury being bigger and fitter himself, will be able to absorb it better if he does land.

The dude is 6'8...I think 230 is a great weight for him.

Interested to see if Fury can wear Wilder down with the 40 pound weight advantage...could be a great memorable fight if he ends up wearing on Wilder and negating his power that way...should be a fun fight
