So having 3 belts means less than having 1?

Or they could even support their own in Fury but no, everything has to be about Joshua.....Comment

They mean nothing when fighters these goons ain't fans of have them. These guys narratives have wheels on for ease of movement.
But the fact is its only these goons who choose to give Joshua zero credit. Its a much bigger world than just these little salt slingers and in the rest of the world all roads still lead to Anthony Joshua.
The rest of the world wants undisputed between the winner and joshua. Its only these salty haters who pretend Joshua isn't relevant and his belts count for nothing and they are the ones who are claiming to not have an interest in undisputed.Comment

So I've never subscribed to any of the semantics of championship vs. title. They're the same thing. That doesn't mean that all championships are equals. Being the tic tac toe champion doesn't carry the same prestige as being the chess champion. Just as being the XFL champion doesn't carry the same prestige as being the NFL champion. But trying to make a distinction between "championship" and title" isn't logical IMO since they actually mean the same thing.
The WBA, WBC, WBO, IBF, and IBO don't rank the entire division from best to worst.
What they do is rank fighters following specific paths to their own belts, and they don't rank the champions from the other organizations.
As for the WBC, WBA, IBF and WBO, they rate the fighters pursuing their titles. The champion is only allowed to fight top 15 contenders, so you can't waste spots on fighters disinterested in fighting for the title.Comment

And the WBO was made up by some criminal who was kicked out of the WBA for being in charge of the illegal bribery scheme that had been going on for years.Comment

Maths was never a strong suit of mine but i remember studying percentages, with 75 percent being a higher proportion of something then 25 percent.
That was until i started browsing boxingscene and it seems this concept has been flipped on its head, being that the guy with 25 percent of the belts is considered the true champion and this fight on saturday supposedly decides who the number 1 fighter is in the division.
And some people going as far as to say the guy with 75 percent of the belts is actually ranked third in the division?
Or does having the wbc mean more than the other 3? If so i guess jermall charlo is the number 1 middleweight in the rankings, and Oubaali ahead of inoue at bantam.
Or do we just make up this crap up as we go along?Comment
