No, that was actually Bob Arum's call. He said no final face-off because of the lack of security. The first face off got a bit testy with a lot shoving and pushing on stage. The final one could have gotten a lot worse with no security involved. It could have caused full scale melee which could have resulted in injury for either fighter.
