I can remember watching a LIVE radio show, during the time when? Fury was battling his issues. 'I think Tyson Fury was being interviewed, when a caller called into the show 'That caller turned out to be Deontay Wilder'.
Deontay Wilder told Tyson Fury 'To get back into condition, and stated that HE put British heavyweight boxing back on the map not Anthony Joshua' Tyson Fury just proceeded to thank Wilder, and promised that they would fight if he made a comeback etcComment

Yeah deontay, they call that a cherry pick. Not to mention it needed fury to actually get wilder some attention in his own country. The numbers from the ortiz rematch proved wilder isn't anything without fury or a joshua.

The definition of “unprecedented” is without previous instance; never before known or experienced; unexampled or unparalleled.
By mentioning Foreman and Ali, doesn’t that suggest that it’s already been done before. I’m confused with your interpretation of my post. I am acknowledging that 2 other fighters came back after being retired to fight for the HW title. One, Foreman, took longer than the other, Ali. Fury fought Wilder after only 2 fights just like Ali fought Frazier after 2 fights. But nowhere in my post did I suggest that Fury is a greater fighter than Foreman or Ali. I just said give Fury props for taking on Wilder without that many fights to prepare him after being off for over 2 years.
And I didn’t compare foreman’s activity with Fury’s, I compared the number of fights Foreman had during his comeback BEFORE he stepped into the ring and won the HW title. It doesn’t matter if your out 10 years versus 2 years, you still have to get into the gym, get into fighting shape, and do the work required to be able to fight competitively with ranked HW’s. With Fury, he jumped into the ring with the arguably the hardest hitting HW in Wilder, TWICE, with only 2 fights the 1st time and only having 5 total fights the 2nd time, after his comeback.
With respect to Ali, my point wasn’t to elevate what Fury did over Ali, but to make the point that Ali stepped into the ring after only 2 years and fought Frazier, most people considered a very dangerous opponent “similar” to what Fury did after 2 fights facing Wilder, whom most people considered him a dangerous HW also.
Are you so biased against Fury that you can’t give him any credit for being out of boxing and jumping into the ring with Wilder, not once but twice within the span of 6 fights after being away for over 2 years????Comment

Yes I give Fury credit for that and I always have. But you're showing your bias by claiming it's more impressive than Foreman because Foreman took longer. Foreman was out for 10 years. Fury slightly over two and Foreman was 39 when he started his comeback. Fury was 27 I believe. So how is that comparable? It isn't. You could have just said what Fury
did was impressive without the embellishment and demeaning of what Foreman accomplished.
You also said Holmes was the only one to do what Fury did which is false. Ali came back after three and a half years. Not 2 and fought two top 10 fighters and then Frazer and that's more impressive than what Fury did.
