Fury's gameplan will backfire because he usually throws punches on his backfoot while fainting,, if this time around Fury plants his feet to throw punches, that extra split-second will get him slept.Comment

I think Fury can win if he sits on his punches in spots and moves his head or keeps his left hand by his head to block any right hand coming in after he punches. I hope in Fury's training camp that he brought in tall sparring partners with concussing right hand power to learn to slow down any attack coming in from Wilder. Sort of the way that Holyfield brought in sparring partners to emulate Tyson's style when they fought.
If I were Fury I would box and move and every so often surprise him and sit on a few of my punches and hit him hard to see how he reacts. If Fury comes out swinging for the gates I would tell his driver to keep the car running as it will be a short night for Fury. The fight would end early for Fury.Comment

Whilst I don’t think Fury’s really going for the KO early, I find the whole ‘taking the fight to Wilder will be a disaster’ thing a bit hard to understand.
Wilder is not a particularly good counter puncher, he is woeful going backwards, he shells up as soon as he faces more than 1 consecutive shot and has to throw his big shot from long range. So, actually pressuring him is a good strategy, because the big shots everyone gets caught with is only thrown from two ranges, long range (his straight right) and medium-long range (his frankly weird looping shot). In close he gets very untidy quickly.Comment

Fury brought the fight to wilder the first time thats how amateur wilder looked losing the first 7 rounds. Fury will be more careful this time and cruise to a decision winComment

Actually, Wilder was in trouble the most when the opponent wasn't afraid to trade with him. That's why he got rocked by Molina, Dahaupas, Ortiz.
Wilder wants to create a narrative that trading with him is bad, when Wilder benefits the most when he got space and range to land his right hand.Comment
