He already said this after the fight, he was interviewed and he mentioned how he explain to the two boxers, what the scenario would be in both their dressing rooms. He said if either was taking a beating, then he would have stopped the fight at the last knock down. The fact that Fury went on to stun/tag Wilder after the KD shows the ref was right.
That interview totally changed my view of round 12 & I have much more respect for Reiss.
Great interview.
But why?
Multiple people including myself told people exactly what he said. Especially about the eye contact which is what I clearly saw on fight night.
Even in photos people were sharing you can clearly see Tyson look right at Reiss. That means he's not out, he's staying down for equilibrium so he doesn't Bambi leg like Judah did after Tszyu dropped him.
So the question is why you didn't see that the night of the fight?

Because I'm not Jack Reiss.
I never lost any respect for Reiss.
I gained more for him.
And why does it bother you that I made a positive post?
I really don't care. It's Jack's choice and that's all that mattered or matters.
Yes, most fights that would have been called.
Yes, Jack made his choice and it was fine and legal.
I don't give a ****, I wish Wilder would stfu about it to be honest. Or change his tune to something more akin to mine. It was Jack's choice and Wilder did not hit Fury hard enough to take it away from Jack. Period. No need for fair, no need or justification, I don't give a ****.
The only time I argue about this is when people act like they can't understand why Wilder would cling to 'most would have called it' that's ****ing obvious and yer a ****ing mook if you reckon not. Outside of that, I give no ****s.
You're also not blind - clearly, because you're posting online.
So I'll ask again, it's a simple question.
You saw Tyson Fury's eyes acknowledging Reiss, wide open, looking right at him when he was on the mat.
So why was your first instinct not to believe Fury was okay?
And why did it take Reiss coming out and saying this for you to give him "more" respect? Why did you not respect him the night of the fight when he made the correct call as you watched him do?
Why did it "change your view" to hear Reiss tell you what you should have already seen?
Like your view should already have been that it was the right call for the reasons above and specified. Why was it not your view?

I never questioned Fury & his recovery.
I questioned the count issued.
Now, you're putting words in my mouth.
Move on little boy
