    Young Tyson Vs. Wilder

My opinion is that it would be a great fight to watch but it would be a quick fight due to the fact that young Tyson would not any waste time with measuring up Wilder which would allow Wilder to use his reach advantage to keep his distance from him, so we would see young Tyson famous short steps straight forward and close Wilder down and use his powerful punches to Wilder rib cage followed by his uppercut and that would be the end of the fight. Young Tyson wins by Ko.

      Yes, correct sir!

        Tyson without a doubt.
So you honestly believe Tyson could bull rush a man 6 inches taller & nor get caught?
Mike Tyson is 5'11" Everybody towered over him, Wilder wouldn't have a clue how to deal with him.

Mike Tyson is rated on what everyone believes was his potential rather than the end result due to clearly not caring about boxing after a short period of time, getting rid of his legit trainers and the prison sentence etc etc. As somebody mentioned, he had most of his opponents beat before they got in the ring, they were terrified and stiff and got knocked out. He struggled against anybody who wasn't scared and could tie him up.

Lennox Lewis beat a 40 year old washed up Tyson and that's his greatest claim to fame, so of course he's going to prop up Tyson in any discussion like this. The fact is he had a couple good wins, and some wins like Larry Holmes that look good on a resume but we'll never know how great he could've been.

Whether or not Wilder would have success would come down to his jab, which Tyson had issues with if people could measure him with the jab and tie him up/lean on him. After 4 rounds he's not as dangerous and the head movement gets less and less. If Wilder could survive through 4-6 rounds he could easily knock Tyson out at that point.

Lovely story sweetheart but that is EXACTLY what they said. More recently Wilder said I WILL NEVER FIGHT ANTHONY JOSHUA. yeah that also happened.

Wilder is nothing more than a glorified Michael Grant and Calvin Brock, the African American Heavyweight hope. Mike Tyson would have made easy work of Wilder, who is so one dimensional. Even an out of shape past prime Mike of 1999 would blast out Wilder.

Wlad Klitschko & Vitali Klitschko would have stopped Mike. The style skill and size too great to overcome. Lennox used that style vs old mike, and the Klitschko brothers were better than Lewis at that juncture. The Klitschko brothers possibly the greatest Heavyweights of all time. Tyson pound for pound with Tunney, Marciano Ali & Louis were the best Heavyweights of all time.

Deontay Wilder is basically Jose Ribalta but with more power.

No way he can keep a prime Mike Tyson off him or evade a body attack.

Mike Tyson would have been scared to fight Wilder. His fans always had more belief in him than he had of himself and was never mentally strong.

I've got to keep it real

Mike Tyson in his prime would have destroyed noodle leg in less than a minute.

What's wilder going to do with a 5'10 mike tyson bobbin and weaving with that head and leg movement working the inside doing that quick right hand body shot then upper cut knockout combination???

Only two best heavyweights of all time that are unbeatable in their prime...ali and tyson.

Fury would keep him away with ease, and make him quit.
