... this would be a credible progression for Garcia... but I don't think Tank would agree in case Garcia wins the first two fights...

people only want to cross promote with the pbc when they need to....if they didn't need them they wouldn't bother

Thats a good point, although i wouldn't be to surprised to see it happen didn't mayweather put pressure on tank to fight loma before? And with all tanks recent legal issues Floyd might feel like he's running out of time to make money off tank incase he gets locked up. So he might make the garcia fight to generate some money incase the aforementioned does happen.
