Fury would be a damn fool to fight Wilder at short range because one of two things will happen. He either gets knocked out or simply gets stopped on cuts by those gashes reopening over his right eye again.

A stationary Tyson Fury with no head movement would be a slugger's dream. Deontay Wilder would welcome a firefight with Tyson Fury. Hopefully, the "Bronze Bomber" remembers to throw uppercuts on the inside.

But of course this fight means more to you than Fury. You want to redeem yourself as everyone thought you lost. Tyson knows everyone thought he won so hasnt anything to prove. Even if tyson loses rematch, he will always have the first fight in bag in most eyes.
I disagree. If a fighter cuts someone badly & the fights stopped they deserve the victory just as much as a kd because they inflicted serious damage on their opponent which is part of the rules & also,

I would say even maybe moreso than a regular kd a gushing cut can mean you did ultimate damage to your opponent or like Chavez jr vs Fonfara when a fighter can't continue due to head swelling up like a turnip they deserve to be kod just as much as any other method. Of course the exception is in cases like Mikey vs Salido where Salido was kd multiple times & destroyed but still headbutted Mikey to break his nose like the dirty p o s he is

It's all rigged for Wilder. The question is how will they rig it to retain Fury's value and leverage? DQ? Cuts stoppage? Double KO? Both simultaneously ask each other for same sex marriage after round six? What does Haymon have up his sleeve to rig this one?

Wilder wanted his fight and the Wallin fight stopped early. If these guys want to stop Fury, put him down and keep him there. If he's the hardest puncher it should be easy.

Wilder always takes credit for what others do not himself as though he did that to Fury ,he has a history of doing this it’s his reason not to fight AJ now as well he’s taken the Ruiz win and somehow concluded AJ lost to him ? Ha

Wilders fans own lack of high IQ relying on a what an aggressive southpaw counter puncher did to suggest Wilder gets the automatic win is going to really make them rethink they may actually have to study boxing not just post random statements on here after that fight .

Wilder is not a good enough boxer to even target Fury's eye..... he will be outboxed and just throwing and missing badly the majority of the time, just like last time.

I thought that cut was ages ago. I don't think it is causing Fury any problems because why would he be complaining that AJ wouldn't spar with him and at the same time saying sparring partners have been told not to hit his head.

The truth is his cut is no issue and he is just going to fight the same way as in the first fight and rely on being in better shape with a little more power

Lets be honest about the two rematches with stiverne and ortiz. Stiverne was a fill in and was out of boxing for 2 years. So that really wasn't set up to be a "rematch" and stiverne was clearly out of shape and unprepared due to the late call.

Ortiz is basically in his 40s and though an awkward southpaw with a great amateur record, he is out of his prime and is old for a boxer while wilder was what 33 or somewhere around there? Only reason this rematch was decently looked upon is because it's the first real opponent wilder actually had (though put of his prime at a supposed 38 the first fight) and Ortiz had him hurt and was winning until his age caught up with him in the 10th.

This rematch with fury is different. Fury was winning until he got caught un the 12th. The first knock down in the 10th was only due to fury slipping and got caught on the back of his head while his momentum was heading down in the first place. So let's be real about that it wasn't like he got hit while standing straight up plus being hit on the back/top of his head.. False knock down.

Fury was out of boxing for 3 years, trained basically to lose 140 or 160 pounds, not to train for power. All the experts felt he should have taken a couple more fights before but it is what it is...

Fury will be much better this time around and so will wilder but if either of the 2 will be better it will be fury. Wilders pawing with the hidden right won't work on a mover like fury, it only works on fighters that stand straight up and have no head and body movement.. I.e. breazeal and ortiz. Wilder can't fight on the inside that well. The only way wilder wins is by just taking it to fury and hoping to land a right but if he doesn't and fury trained for power this time around along with still having the movement, its over for wilder as i think fury knows he has to be aggressive to win.

Teddy atlas called the fight in 9 with a wilder knock out. I'm a wilder fan more so than a fury fan but everything i just said happens, fury wins in rounds 7-10 knocking out wilder.
