Could TYSON FURY become an ATG HW?

Could Tyson Fury go down as one of the greatest Heavyweights in history?

If so, what does he still need to accomplish?

If not, why do you think he doesn’t have a chance?

If he beats Wilder (again), unifies vs Joshua then gets another 4-5 wins against top 10 level opposition i'd say thats a top 10 ATG HW resume.

      Pretty much this.

      Klitschko
      Wilder
      Joshua
      Usyk
      Hrgovic
      Dubois

Throw in another couple worthwhile names and you could start talking.

That's a lot of work to do though.

He's already the best HW of his generation, but i don't think there's enough quality HWs around for him to qualify as an ATG

If he beats Wilder, Joshua and say, Dubois who looks to be the best of the upcoming generation, i think he could be included in the discussion.

Depends how you define ATG. Top 20, top 19?

If he can finish on his feet against Wilder and win, he will be the best heavyweight in the world because him and Wilder are the only two contenders for that honor now.

Nonsense. How can they be the only two contenders when neither has fought the majority of the top 10 HW's?

Don't think he will stay in boxing long enough to gain that status..... but if he stays undefeated and fights Wilder again, then Joshua....... I think we could class him up there and be having the discussion - 'what if he fought and beat David Haye, rematched Klitschko and won, and didn't spend his prime years out of the ring with all his problems'.

I'm sure if all those what-ifs were true he would be, currently.... no where near ATG status IMO.

You are a big Joshua fan so you refuse to give the best two heavyweights credit. Good luck with your agenda. Hey have you watched Ruiz-Joshua I lately?

Best two heavyweights? They've only fought 1 of the current top 10 between them. Become the best by avoiding everyone else is that how you do it?
