Their is no doubt in my mind that those guys do exist and are out there NOW. The problem is these young kids QUIT before they get there. They dont have the same MENTAL strengths as the old boxers.
What they do have TODAY is the TALENT. They FOLD with too much adversity.

The corporations of course dont know that. What they do is “milk” these guys for as long as they can by “spoon” feeding them “easy” opposition or “less of a threat” opposition. They pick people who may have great speed but no KO power or great power with slow speed and poor timing or old, shot ex champions.

David Benavidez is a good call. He isn’t a huge star but he’s on the cusp. Let’s see if PBC doesn’t kill his momentum by keeping him inactive or matching him poorly.

Ruiz's biggest achievement was a close loss to Parker when he was with Top Rank. He became a star when he joined the PBC family and became the first Mexican heavyweight champion under the tutelage of Dón Haymon.

Leo's career also sky rocketed under the tutelage of Dón Haymon. With Golden Boy he was merely a one weight champ. Today he's known as King Leo El Famoso Terremoto Santa Cruz. Bonafide future Hall of Famer. 1 of only 5 Mexican 4 division champions. All this would not have been possible if he wasn't part of the PBC family.

Yes but my point is what stars has PBC created that WERE NOT first with someone else.

So Ruiz and Santa Cruz do not qualify.

Exactly. There aren’t many names, are there?

Well you'd really have have to dig into their prospect roster if you're looking for future potential stars. The PBC stars of the present have been around a lot longer than 2016. Dón Haymon's company is pretty much in its infant stages.

                  • Gervonta Davis is a PBC star. Who else? Spence even if he loses?
