He's got his facts all mixed up. These are the facts: His first final eliminator for the WBC title was against Dominic Breazeale back in November 2017 but he ducked it.

Then his second final eliminator came against Luis Ortiz back in July 2018 whom he also ducked and subsequently he avoided Kubrat Pulev as well for the Heavyweight IBF title. He is right about Fury ducking him for the WBC's Final eliminator though.
