Well Chisora may actually be better than a 39/40 year old Ortiz. But I'd still go with Ortiz to beat Chisora.

I'd go with Chisora for the money if I was a promoter tho especially in the UK. No one knows Ortiz in the UK because he hasn't beaten anyone top-level for years. Least Chisora is taking top-level fights and he went in with Klitchsko, Fury, Pulev, Takam, Haye, Whyte. Ortiz basically just beat Jennings
All those names you’ve listed on Chisora’s resume (other than Takam) are losses

Thing is what exactly can Whyte actually expose? Its been no secret that Whyte has offered fights to Wilder, Ortiz, Ruiz and Breazeale. It is also no secret that Wilder has flat out REFUSED to fight Dillian Whyte. What is there to actually expose?

I know but I was pointing out that he is known in the UK. Why would anyone know Ortiz? Because he beat Jennings years ago when Jennings wasn't even a big name?

Least Chisora takes all the big fights. He must be ranked 12 or 13 maybe even so. It's easy to be ranked 5 or 6 like Ortiz when you arent taking the big names on.

None of the Matchroom employees here will explain why Doper Whyte turned down life changing $ to fight Joshua for the world heavyweight championship. They can’t. Because it makes no sense.

No one ever claimed Whyte as the boogeyman that was Ortiz who doesn’t have a resume like Whytes to compare, you guys just want to prop him up because Wilder defeated him but really , Pulev, Whyte and Povetkin are more proven these are facts .
Not propping anyone up. The guy fought Ortiz twice. Are you saying that he’s not a threat ? He’s still rated number 5 RIGHT NOW, fresh off of a second knockout loss to Wilder. Or are you saying he wasn’t prepared for either of the fights he had vs Deontay ?

You’re saying Fury is not a threat ? I can buy the notion that he wasn’t prepared in the original fight, but now they have a rematch that’s been signed since November or something, before Fury even fought this last guy. That’s plenty of time to prepare.

You talk about Whyte, Pulev, and Povetkin like they are leaps and bounds better than Ortiz and that just isn’t the case. Don’t prop them up to make it look like Deontay is ducking. Again, he’s fought fighters equal to and better than them. All you have to do is look at the rankings today, and from the last 2 years and you could SEE that.

He knocked out Dave Allen in a snooze fest that was even in the UK. He’s basically the most loved british boxer of all time for some reason .

I thought it was ****** of him to turn that down and still do, but his excuse was fairly legit if true (that the rematch had too many bad clauses for him).
