I don’t know I guess it depends on what you consider the best , skills , drawing power or as solely a heavyweight champion ? I would go with skills if one claims they are the best in a certain class here it’s African American but just because he’s bigger doesn’t make him the best .

LOS ANGELES—Deontay Wilder is celebrating Black History Month by promising to make Tyson Fury a new addition to his knockout highlight reel, and by anointing himself as the best African-American boxer in the business.
“In my opinion, I will say yes. It’s me [as the best active African-American fighter]. I believe in myself, strongly. While I’m the heavyweight champion of the world, I display this to people. I lead by example,” said Wilder, separating himself from a skilled and select group that includes the likes of Terence Crawford, Errol Spence Jr, Gervonta Davis, Anthony Joshua, Jermell and Jermall Charlo, Demetrius Andrade, Gary Russell Jr., Shakur Stevenson and Devin Haney.
This guy says some of the dumbest sh** possible! Just when you think he won't say anything more idiotic he surprises you... Well some.
I will say this of that list he can KO all those guys easy lol but skill wise he's not even close lolComment

What a bragger. It is fine to think you are the best but let others say it instead of bragging on yourself. I think Crawford, Spence and Jermall are just as good pound for pound and they are undefeated too with no disputed draw on their record and they are years younger..Comment
