99% of HWs beat 99% of fighters SMW and smaller. That has nothing to do with "being the best Boxer" which was Wilders claim.

He is far from the best boxer or even AA boxer but hes among the best HW, sure. Not that that's saying much as HW remains a piss-poor division, but hes still Top 3 HW TODAY.
