His reflexes are not as sharp as they use to be, and that's a big ****ing deal in boxing. Those few milliseconds it takes to react to a punch are important as ****.

He's not as explosive. His endurance is still there, but even then, I highly doubt he can go at the same output/intensity as when he was say, 30 years old. Same thing for power. I imagine he still hits pretty hard, but I doubt it's the same as when he was 30.

This is to be expected. He's not going to get any better, he's aging. You can't beat time.
    This right here.

True, GGG might give Abel that raise, depending how good the make up sex is. Maybe GGG can show much of that "Mexican Style" he learned from Abel.

Ggg can’t outbox canelo so his best shot was to out fight him which he couldn’t do in the rematch. Ggg was scared of the body attack and counters and that kept him backing up in those early middle rds.

Bottom line is it doesn’t matter who was in gggs corner canelo is the overall better fighter plain n simple.
Canelo's style and GGG's age/level in those fights definitely made it difficult for GGG to get to the body...that is to be commended for Canelo, and you could find fault with GGG for him not being able to go to the body more often.

He did outland Canelo by heavy heavy margins in each fight though...his jab basically controlled both fights and won GGG both fights...so not sure what your definition of 'outboxing' or 'being the better fighter' is...but a lot of people would say that schooling someone with a jab and outlanding him by heavy margins in both fights is the definition of outboxing and being the better fighter.

If for your own pysche you have to swear Canelo actually won those fights though, that's cool...not mad at ya for that.
