Ortiz put himself in a bad ring position. Wilder will be Ko'd by Fury. 10 rounds.

50/50 fight. Despite Fury often playing the comedian and showman - he’s proven he’s no dummy in ring IQ. Great movement. Great footwork. And his awkwardness throws quality fighters off - often for the whole fight. He can’t be underestimated.

Teddy is a narcissist. He talks forever and makes himself the center of attention. That's a bad pick for Ruiz. He needs someone who is really focused on the psychological side of the sport and doesn't need attention themselves.

I can't get over Atlas let Bradley wear no socks like Tyson for the Pac III fight. Something Bradley had never done before!

So Wilder didn't have that right hand in their first fight?

This fight will be Wilder's welcome to inside fighting..... Fury is going to beat up on him, give him no leverage at all...... Wilder is F**KED!

That's who my pick would be for Andy Ruiz. Plus the Canelo team trains in San Diego which is close to where Andy lives already. There wouldn't be people having to fly back and forth from New York as would be the case with Teddy Atlas.
Canelo is way more an influence on Ryan than Eddie and that’s not taking away from the father and son...but then again Ryan hasn’t changed his outside of the ring nonsense they just don’t air it out as much. Reynoso and Garcia have way too much going on to be full time with ruiz and Ruiz knack for fking about means he needs someone full time year round where he is the main focus. No other available coach can provide that but teddy. Ruiz is new money, he’s going through all of the shhh other champions have and he needs a trainer father figure that’s been there and done that and who better than atlas to bring him to normalcy

I mean, Reynoso was the BWAA Trainer of the Year for a reason. That camp is very professional and doing excellent work right now.

I like Teddy but he is too wordy when explaining. Which just needlessly complicates things. Plus he plays too many psychological games with his fighters. That's a lot of baggage to carry into the ring, who wants to be sorting through all that when the pressure is on?

You need to be with him for a long time in order for that kind of coaching to be effective. And he usually starts to get on fighters' nerves before then which is why most end up leaving him.

Andy should stay away from Atlas and make things right with his old trainer. He just needs to be more discipline. Secondly we now know that Fury will win against Wilder because Atlas rarely gets it right thanks a lot Teddy!! Smh lol
