This 100 percent. He's decent but basic. He doesn't have power to take out the limited competition that he's faced so I'm stuck watching him win the bulk of the rounds against guys like Veron in yawn fights.

Wide UD for Villa as expected. I'd like to see him against a gatekeeper type like Manny Robles, Manuel Avila, Emilio Sanchez, somebody along those lines. Those fights could be very competitive, but he's so high up in the WBO rankings that they will probably match him carefully against other guys ranked by the WBO until he's given a title shot or final eliminator. Expect him to face somebody like Antonio Soares or Bryan Chevalier next

Yeah, I'm ready to see Villa in against someone who can give him adversity. He doesn't have power so every fight I've watched of his I get bored because he wins almost every round but there's no drama because the opponent isn't dangerous enough to be a real threat.
