You the one, and only person to get defensive enough to start throwing insults. The fact that u took what i said then implied feminism lets me know what type of dude u are.

See how ****** it would be for me to imply that? So why would u do the same.... It aint that serious.
If it’s not that serious then you wouldn’t have made this thread. Clearly you think that this is serious enough to bring up for discussion now you want to whine because I’m challenging you.

You’re also lying which exposes the type of person that you are. Women fighters aren’t taking the same risks/sacrifices as the men. Fighting a woman isn’t anywhere near as dangerous as fighting a man. A woman fighter like Shields would be in much more danger and making a much bigger sacrifice in the ring fighting men than she is fighting other women. This is common sense. This is why the sport is segregated by sex. The women don’t even fight under the same rules. No woman’s fight goes longer than 10 rounds and they’re only fighting 2minute rounds, not 3 min rounds like the men. Those are huge differences.

You have no point, you’re just whining.

A better example is to simply focus on technique and pedigree. It just isn’t there with women’s boxing. There are more ideal competitive elite sport where man and woman can be better measured. Running, Swimming, etc... those fundamentals are a bit more rudimentary with motion whereas boxing is completely a different dynamic. That’s what Goldie is referring to.

With other Olympic level sports, the more common ones, both men and women have chisseled physiques that show consistency. In boxing, women aren’t as fine tuned. Plus there are many butch and dykes in the game. It’s always been that way.
I get his point... I guess i shud have been more clear in my opening post. I understamd the skill level is subpar etc. But im saying the junior olympics is subpar also, but they all are fighters why can't they all be respected as such.

Now like or dislike, if its boring or not, skill levels, thats a whole other story.

Cuz my opinions differ from topic to topic. Thats why i always tell guys to stick to the topic. But i guess i shuda been more clear with this one

OMG.....just forget it... I get what u mean but you don't get my point when i say they all take risks.
Fighting trained fighters is a risk, if its 2mins or 3mins. If its headgear or no headgear. They all risks dying or their health. Kids have died in the amateurs, but cuz they fight different rounds, and wear headgear they shouldnt be respected for getting in that ring?? Thats my point.

Obviously men and women are different. So are men and teenagers.

Like i said to someone else maybe i should have made that more clear in my first post.

Im explaining myself cuz i feel like you don't get my point not whining fool. Lets just agree to disagree.

What I don’t get is why you’ve tried to make the lack of respect you see for fighters a woman thing. You started this thread complaining about seeing people dis women fighters as if they don’t deserve respect just for getting in the ring, but my question is why are you framing that as some gender thing when male fighters are treated the same way? Posters here talk about male fighters with a lack of respect for getting in the ring and risking their lives, etc. Floyd is called scared, a runner, and accused of not taking risks during his career on this site every single day. So clearly the trolling and overall disconnect from reality that you see from so-called boxing fans online is not just reserved for female fighters. That’s my point. There’s nothing to agree to disagree with because your complaint just isn’t valid. It’s not a woman thing, it’s a troll thing.

The trolls aside tho, women boxing doesn’t get the same respect as men because they’re just not as good. They don’t deserve the same respect. Do you want to focus on the trolls who have the nerve to personally disrespect fighters while they sit on their phone or behind a computer screen, or do you want to talk about the actual quality of female boxing?

I wasn't clear about my point in my opening post.

I don't watch female boxing cuz of that lack of skill etc. Which yall keep bringing up.

I made this thread cuz im around and trained with females and they go through the same struggles the men do. I've never seen or heard any male fighter or anyone at the gym not show the women respect. If anything their respected even more. Same way I/We feel about kids or seniors getting into the ring.

Same way i feel about the youtube guys. Of course the skill level is terrible. But they deserve respect for getting into that ring in front of everyone, taking their time out to train for months.

Thats my point. Anything else is another topic, which my opinion mite differ completely

Because it sucks. Also they have a chip on their shoulders so as soon as they become part of the sport they want to push social activism about how they're not awarded the same money and prestige as men. They are lackeys of feminism, spreading cultural filth onto the sport and trying to take up space through changing norms that suit themselves.

I heard that biotch Rapinoe in football (soccer to Americans) lamenting about why the male superstars don't promote activism for higher female football salaries, that they should be running around denouncing sexism, ****phobia and all this other ****.

Like i said women tend to be feminist lackeys, activists promoting radical leftist agendas as much or more as their actual performances themselves. That's why i dislike them. Claressa Shields got a little mean word against her and immediately she started feeling sorry for herself for being black... i just can't accept the cultural filth women athletes bring along with them.

Cuz i never even said if i watched them, follow them, or even enjoy their fights. Not my point.
You wondered why fight fans are in a hurry to diss female boxers.
I stated fans of female boxers are more than capable of expressing their respect.

Both sides are given equal mic time.

Thats hella annoying especially in recent times in this country. But thats everyone, most of them barely make those statements. Tbh i only see Claressa doing that.

But that aint my point. Lol

True... But if they did it would turn into pushing feminism, which already has left a bad taste in everyone's mouth.

Plus the real boxing world is all about respect. Its just fans who never fought who tend to that. Imo

As another poster mentioned, male boxers get dissed all the time.

                      No one is above it
