I agree with you about seeing the best fights. I just find it odd that the best fights at MW are not happening when dazn has all the top MW's other than Charlo. I also find it weird that Andrade is pushing for a fight with the least regarded, least recognized MW champ that would bring the lowest purse, and isn't affiliated with dazn.

Don't you find it more odd that Charlo doesn't want to try to unify two belts? Even when he is being offered a career-high purse AND when the opponent is willing to go to his network for the fight?

No, I don't find it odd he isn't willing to fight Andrade since no top WW will because he is a tough, awkward lefty that presents a very tough fight. Even if you win Andrade makes for such ugly TV fights that taking him on threatens to reduce your ability to land a higher profile fight.

That's fine but if he uses that excuse to duck Andrade then Charlo has no reason to ever complain if anyone does the same to him for being high risk, low reward.

It's not an excuse to duck Andrade its the reality of the landscape. Come on dude lets be honest.

DAZN doesn't want to put on Canelo/GGG 3 now. They will stage is once they have a better idea of where subscription sales are trending. They don't want to risk that fight being ruined so they will not match Canelo or GGG in a tough MW fight until after they have the 3rd fight. This is why they will not make an Andrade/GGG unification or a Andrade/canelo fight. SO they are pushing this Andrade/charlo fight rather than make an in house fight.

If we all want the best fights then it seems to me we should be holding dazn accountable to make either the best fight-Canelo/GGG 3 fight-or one of the in house unification fights now. Instead, dazn is getting a pass and the blame is being placed on haymon as it always is.

DAZN is denying us the best fight, not Haymon and Charlo. Dazn is delaying the division from moving forward. dazn somehow is giving fans 2 fights worse than Charlo/Hogan, yet no one is upset.

I guess you can get upset at Charlo for not filling in the void created by dazn unwillingness to make the best fights and just fight Andrade. IMO this is completely unfair if you aren't mad at dazn.

I disagree my friend. The smoke and mirrors IMO is dazn using Charlo to deflect from their failure to give us the best fights. Worse, the fights dazn is giving us, GGG/Szmerta and Andrade/Keeler were worse than Charlo/Hogan, a fight many posters absolutely shat on.

It's more than just calling out Hearn for refusing the offer to Smith. You aren't calling out Hearn for not making the best fights. Yet when Charlo refuses to fight Andrade, you call Haymon out for stopping the best fights from being made. That is our only real disconnect.

Again, I completely understand the point you are making about Charlo. I just don't think Charlo is required to fill the gap that dazn is creating in the division because it wants to hold fights until down the road.
