    I mean Atlanta isn't a hot bed for boxing but there should be more cards there. Holyfield was really the last homegrown fighter that used to fight there.

    Promoters also aren't as familiar or comfortable with commissions that they aren't used to dealing with. I think that is one of the reasons some of the markets have not been tapped into. Obviously other reasons as well, but that has crossed my mind.

      before he went to California the Georgia commissioner was a guy named Andy Foster. Stand up guy. Not sure who replaced him......

        the crowd didnt show up to see gamboa....i never said that or came close...you know what im saying.....they know who gamboa is so combined with tank it made the fight more palpable than, say, someone like nunez....

        hes a name casuals know....i never said he was a huge name....but hes a bigger name than any of the guys tank has fought....which is exactly why he was chosen
