By a few but that didn’t sell these tickets. This was an event in ATL that they don't ever get. Pedraza or Nunez would have sold about the same amount of tickets.Comment

Fight happened in Philly right? If so, yeah I ain't wasting my time with them again. One of the few commissions not to even respond back. Like I'm fine with them giving me some BS excuse, but they don't even respond. Tried twice, once for a Farmer card, and got nothing. So someone else can try to get those numbers.Comment

Casuals know Gamboa? Really? The crowd that showed up to Atlanta didn't give a damn about Gamboa. So where are those huge numbers that Gamboa is doing outside of this fight? He is at least a name, but definitely not a huge name or one that contributed to this gate.lol...no...the opponent mattered...at least out of Baltimore.....gamboa is a name known by casuals
ive told this before...my father is basically a casual...hes 78...although he does watch boxing regularly he doesn't follow it online at all......when I talk to him on the phone hell ask me if theres any fights coming up for the weekend....I told him that weekend there were fights on showtime....he said "oh yeah..gamboa right? I saw an ad"....
casuals know gamboa....Comment

Not even sure what the hell you're talking about. These numbers came directly from the commission.Comment

i heard They gave away over 50% of the tickets and slashed the prices. Probably better for them it’s not available lolFight happened in Philly right? I don't know anything about the ticket sales in that fight to be honest. Don't really even remember the crowd for the fight. Pretty sure I was watching the Lakers game while that card was going on. But JRock isn't this big name or anything so I wouldn't be surprised they struggled selling tickets, even in his hometown.Comment

if accurate, these are really good numbers. And it doesnt matter if it was because of Tank, or because the ATL hasnt had an event in awhile. Even though ATL has about 5 million people in the area, it is VERY HARD to get 11,000 or 12,000 people to buy boxing tickets. Its difficult even with a "hometown hero" type fighter who sells tickets. So its even harder when the main event isnt even from there.
So props are due.........Comment
