      Most likely because he didn't begin his pro career until the end of 2013. Nearly four years of this decade he wasn't yet fighting professional fights, so it is harder for him to accumulate those fights that would earn him points in a shorter period of time.

          True, but there is a material difference here, Mayweather's 'half decade' came at the end of his career, when (outside of the exhibition against Connor) he was fighting big name fighters. Thus, allowing him to gain points within this system as he is already fighting highly ranked talent.

          Loma's came at the beginning of his career, when he was still working his way up. Consider Floyd's first 5 fights, they were against multiple fighters making their debuts and with .500 records. The same logic applies here- you get better fights later on in your career.

          That isnt claiming Loma is better than Floyd, just pointing out the difference.
