Although Mr. Mayweather's application was not approved until after his fight with Mr. Pacquiao and all tests results were reported, Mr. Mayweather did disclose the infusion to USADA in advance of the IV being administered to him," USADA said in its statement earlier Thursday. "Furthermore, once the TUE was granted, the NSAC and Mr. Pacquiao were immediately notified even though the practice is not prohibited under NSAC rules."
Mayweather's medical team told the USADA collection agents that the IV -- which reportedly included a mixture of 250 milliliters of saline and multivitamins and a 500-milliliter mixture of saline and Vitamin C -- was being given to Mayweather for rehydration purposes following the weigh-in.
The fact that they were given intravenously was not allowed, according to WADA rules that state intravenous infusions or injections of more than 50 milliliters per six hours are prohibited "except for those legitimately received in the course of hospital admissions, surgical procedures, or clinical investigations."

Make you wonder why NSAC didn't retroactively OK Pacquiao shot's

And 3 weeks later when they had their TUE meeting and found zero grounds for the TUE, would they sorry Floyd, the fight is a NC and Floyd was doping. The law suits would have been huge.

So they covered it up, gave Floyd an TUE without merit and got paid for handsomely for it.

There is no medical reason why Floyd was given that TUE, USADA failed to published why it was given which they are required to do.
See the thing is that Floyd’s blood had been tested randomly for months during the training camp, so if he was taken peds he would’ve got popped before that...so the theory has to be he took something literally right before the fight buuuut that ain’t how peds work...can’t take them once or twice and think they’re going to change anything

Floyd and Manny, voluntarily, agreed to additional restrictions. One of which was that any IV rehydration would need to be confirmed by USADA as having been for a legitimate medical purpose. USADA confirmed it was for a legitimate medical purpose.

                The end. Get a life.
Please post where nsac allows IVs for “any reason, anywhere, in any amount”. I’m not saying the nsac didn’t allow IVs at that time, but it was prohibited by wada and usada, hence the reason for the tue in the first place. Also why did bob bennett say this after being informed of the tue?

“The TUE for Mayweather’s IV - and the IV was administered at Floyd’s house, not in a medical facility, and wasn’t brought to our attention at the time - was totally unacceptable. I’ve made it clear to Travis Tygart that this should not happen again. We have the sole authority to grant any and all TUEs in the state of Nevada. USADA is a drug-testing agency. USADA should not be granting waivers and exemptions. Not in this state. We are less than pleased that USADA acted the way it did.”

The whole thing was suspect af at best...totally illegal and covered up at worst.
