USADA has issued retroactive TUEs for IV rehydration for UFC fighters. It's not unique to Floyd in any way.

If a fighter had to cut 15-20lbs to makeweight, sure it can happen, but 3lbs. You basically drink a protein shake and a glass of water and you are 100% hydrated.
