If Usyk waits for Joshua-Pulev and WBO allow extra time without belt-stripping, Parker would probably be too much of a risky proposition.
Still, Usyk really does need to fight a HW of a similar size to Joshua (without taking to big a risk) to prepare so Chisora won't cut it either in that aspect. Maybe Washington or Martin, even Zhang?
For Parker; if not Chisora then a fight with Kownacki could be pretty entertaining, or rematch with Ruiz/Whyte to further his case for a Joshua rematch?

First they say Usyk has to accept 30%, then they say they doubt if Usyk would fight him! Seems they don't really want the fight!

A fight with Kownacki would be a good shot for both guys. The winner would stand out out for a future title shot and the loser wouldn't fall too far back due to opposition.

We have too much of that already in boxing. Everyone @ 147 waiting for a call from Pacquiao. Everyone @ 160 waiting for a call from Canelo. Everyone @ 168 waiting for a call from Canelo. Usyk should seek a big, high-profile, fight! Whyte, Parker, or Ortiz fit the bill!

More loser talk from the Parker camp. Just don't think he carries the killer instinct needed to get it done at the highest level.

The Usyk and Pulev mandos are garbage. Both have done jack s*** to deserve a title shot. The only reason Usyk went to HW is too get KTFO for a retirement check in the AJ fight. Of course Usyk will duck all top 20 HW. Same with Pulev who has not fought a top 20 HW since getting KTFO by Klit 5 years ago. Pulev has been on a 5 year cherry picking quest to a title fight thanks to the embarrassing ineptitude of the sanctioning bodies.

Usyk is a cowardly fraud, too scared to fight a real contender that will show up his pillowfisted impotent style against true heavyweights.

He's been ducking and quacking ever since he stepped into the automatic mando for a shot at AJ.

Parker would flatten him. He knows it, his team knows it and matchroom knows it!

                  Usyk is a joke!!!

Their team is weird and that Higgins guy probably don’t know the rules but if it gets ordered that demand of 70/ 30 is thrown out the window .because the highest bidder wins . I think Higgins is a weird guy but he’s not dumb ,they will avoid this one no matter what .

It's a fight I'd stay up to watch as long as it was on east coast
. I might even wake up early to see it if it was on west coast, wouldn't stay up til dawn in the UK for it though.
