Floyd easily dominated Pac head to head and Pac had 5 losses, 2 draws, and 3 gifts versus Marquez in that span.

You know what is weird, Manny is considered a bad win for Floyd because he had been through wars. Yet Barrera, who had also been through wars, is seen as absolute prime.

Your comparison is not even close at all. Barrera was like 28 when manny beat him up. 25-30 is the average age of prime fighters.

Manny was bested by floyd when he was 36, in a sport where offensive fighters aged way faster than defensive ones as history has proven. Manny already planked in the process as well. Barrerra’s wars are not close to manny’s wars at the points you are comparing.

Barrera wasn’t in decline when he was 28 looool that’s why that was an upset to begin with.
Pac was in decline starting 2012 so the comparison is not close at all. This is facepalming at the very least.

It was a bad win for floyd because it happened 6 years too late and the way he won left much to be desired.

If Corrales is not floyd’s best win against an absolute prime fighter then who?

Cotto? Too old and battered by pac and margo already
Canelo? 23 yrs old and it was a catchweight
Pac? 6 years too late and already planked way from his prime easy to tell by eye.
Mosley? Dude was 38 and gassed after 4 rounds.

The only wins both have that didn’t have asterisk on it are corrales and barrera.

I think that’s the only argument that goes against floyd when it comes to be named as goat.
To compare SRL best wins against absolute prime fighters are duran, hagler, hearns and benetiz.
So floyd’s corrales just pale in comparison.

If floyd won against prime pac at 29, prime cotto at 28.. then he’d be my goat.
Then proceeded to school canelo at full 154, and made weight at 144 against marquez, then that’d help him too.
