If this account had written what you claimed, you would have posted a link instead of changing the subject. You know you're lying. It's pathetic.

This fight won't exceed 2 million purchases like Bob wants. Such garbage promotion & lack of entertaining / witty smack talk

You're partially correct, but that's pretty much what I said. They hold that title regardless now. Can't lose it. Hence the actual Championship has no value, and the actual Champion isn't really holding a real belt that can be won and lost in the ring.

You said they could challenge for the Championship belt. Can they? I'm assuming that if the likes of Canelo beat a WBC Champion then that Championship belt goes vacant, just as it did when it was held prior to being made Franchise champion.

The WBC World Champion belt is worthless.

The actual WBC world championship has a lot of value. Which is why unlike the mandatories of most organizations, the WBC mandatories at middleweight and lightweight were highly regarded fighters. Which is why the former champions chose to vacate to duck those fighters. Nothing new in boxing. Canelo or Lomachenko having the right to challenge for the belt again another time, or challenge for the belt in a new weight class, is a nice and convenient honor, but it doesn't change the fact that they vacated their world titles and ducked their mandatories. There is no confusion about who the WBC world champion is.
